WARRANTY

Before leaving the factory this machine is checked and prepared by expert and specialised
personnel in order to give the best functioning results. Any repairs or alterations which might be
necessary will be welcomed and carried out with the utmost care and attention.
FIGURE CONTROL EQUIPMENT INDIA provides 12 months warranty for any faulty part or
workmanship , from the date of installation of the machine. The warranty covers to all the parts
used in manufacturing the machine.

All the parts are available and will be sent free of cost in warranty period, No transportation,
local tax, custom charges will be reimbursed.

The warranty does not valid in following cases:
1.Machine is not installed and used as per the instructions provided in the operation
manual.
2.Modification or alteration of any sort is made in the electrical circuit or in mechanical
parts.
3.Any repair work carried out by the personnel other than company/dealers.
4.Defect caused by improper use.
5.Defect due to causes beyond our control like Lightening, abnormal power voltage, and
acts of god.
6.Machine is kept in 'ON' position even it is not being used, always switch 'OFF' the
machine when not in use.
7.Outdoor installations of the machine such as at open terrace, garden, balcony etc.
8.Warranty does not cover any type of painting ,plating, rusting etc. of the parts
9.Liability for consequential damages is neither accepted nor implied.
10.The warranty is issued subject to the Jurisdiction of Pune courts only.
11. The company will not take responsibility of shifting/transferring the machine from the
location where it has been originally installed.
